Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email support@rinsyra.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide return instructions if your order is eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, installed, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipped.
